During the week before Easter, 1980, Gerry Pence, Larry Quay, Paul Beard and I packed way too much stuff to go hiking in Escalante Canyon and headed off for the week. Escalante Canyon was snowed in, so we drifted off to Zion and Valley of Fire instead. Pictures here are 2 1/4 square, Ektachrome, hastily hauled in with a CanoScan 8800F flatbed scanner.
